What Is This?

The Personfu Arizona Public Intel Wiki is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) aggregation and research project built under the FLLC design system.

It collects, organizes, and presents publicly available information about Arizona's government operations, cybersecurity landscape, defense installations, border infrastructure, water politics, and historical anomalies.

What It Is

An educational research tool

Not affiliated with any government agency
Not a source of classified information
Not a news organization
Not a conspiracy theory platform

Source Hierarchy

Primary government sources — Official .gov websites, RSS feeds, press releases, court records
FOIA releases — Documents obtained through Freedom of Information Act requests
Declassified documents — CIA Reading Room, National Archives, agency declassification programs
Congressional records — CRS reports, hearing transcripts, GAO audits
Credible journalism — Established outlets with editorial standards; always secondary to primary sources
Academic research — Peer-reviewed publications and university research
Witness testimony — Named individuals with documented accounts; labeled accordingly

What We Don't Use

Anonymous social media posts without corroboration
Paywalled content that can't be verified
Classified or leaked materials
Sources that cannot be independently checked

Technical Architecture

Data Pipeline

Automated Python scripts run daily via GitHub Actions, collecting from:

CISA — Advisories and Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog
FBI — Cyber division press releases
DOJ — Cybercrime and national security press
DHS — Department-wide news and alerts
NWS — National Weather Service API for Arizona zones
FAA/NOTAM — Aviation alerts and restrictions
.gov Registry — Full domain catalog (15,000+ entries)
AZ511 — 44 live traffic camera feeds

Technology

Static site hosted on GitHub Pages. No server-side processing. All data is pre-fetched JSON. Frontend is vanilla HTML/CSS/JS with Leaflet for maps and Canvas for charts.
